The Companion is an expression of Charney’s tractrix horn philosophy, delivering coherence, dynamic authority, and a fully developed low frequency foundation in a form designed to integrate comfortably into real living spaces. Built around a 108-inch horn path, it allows the wideband driver to establish genuine scale and presence while preserving the phase continuity and immediacy of a single-driver system. The Companion is available in two distinct expressions: the Moderno, which presents the design with clean, architectural restraint, and the Excalibur, which offers a more assertive visual identity with sculpted detailing and a stronger physical presence. Both share identical performance, differing only in how the design is expressed visually.
